Valentines Dinner
We enjoyed a wonderful Valentines dinner at Arcadia in downtown San Jose. I must say we were surprised and the quality and complexity of the dishes. We started with the AHI Tartar which featured a quail egg yolk and finely chopped bosc pear in sesame oil.
