Ms. Colleen Stephen's June 2nd Retirement Party

Ms. Colleen Stephen's, Williams Elementary School teacher since year one, has retired. Karen Heverling created an amazing atmosphere, of fun, family, special guests and honorary guests throughout the day, to send Ms. Stephen's on her way with amazing memories, and even a June 2nd Ms. Stephen's Rainbow Holiday named on her behalf.
