Happy 2012 Almaden! What are you doing differently this new year?

I plan to tighten all my loose knots and paperwork I let pile up. I want to tackle items before they pile up and delegate to others when I can't do it myself.

I plan to continue incorporating new technology into my business practices to streamline my operations. I just signed up with DocuSign today so my new residents can sign their leases electronically after their online applications have been approved! So much easier for them and me!

I will ask myself before I commit to something, "Does this allow me to spend more time with my children?"  If not, I will learn to say, "No Thank You"  with grace.

I think that is an awesome thing to do...I love spending time with my teens too!
